Kesar Pista Kulfi is a rich, intense and dense frozen dessert.  Once you taste it, you will love it forever. Preparing Kesar Pista Kulfi home is a pleasure since it is easy and you can control the sweetness, the ingredients and make it VEGAN too! See, Indian food is not always about hot, savory and spicy dishes. You can enjoy it with your sweet-teeth too and indulge in the luxury desserts. It is not any exaggeration to say the kulfis are healthier than other desserts or ice creams you buy from supermarkets.

We frequently hear from folks in the west saying ‘Indian sweets are too sweet!’. Probably hence put them off tasting the colourful, tempting and gorgeous sweets on the shelves of Indian food shops. Are you too nervous to order a dessert in an Indian restaurant? But ‘Kulfis’ won’t come under that category since it is the luxury Indian version of ice cream and comes in exotic flavours like pistachio, rose, mango, and in luxury spice variations like saffron and  cardamom.
